How to Order

You can order by phone, email, or in person at our Dandenong South yard. For larger or made-to-size orders, like lattice panels, fence extensions or gates, it helps to have your measurements ready when you call, so we can quote accurately the first time.

Payment

[We accept cash, EFTPOS and card payment at our yard, with trade accounts available for regular business customers. Please confirm accepted payment methods when placing phone or email orders.]

Delivery

We deliver across the Melbourne metro area. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, order size and current stock, so please confirm an estimated delivery date with our team when you order.

Made-to-size items have their own lead times:

  • Lattice panels and fence extensions: approximately 1 to 2 weeks
  • Powdercoated Emu gates: approximately 8 weeks
  • Emu wire: approximately 4 weeks

Standard stocked timber is usually available faster. Lead times can vary with demand, so always confirm current timing when you order.

Pricing

All prices are GST inclusive and subject to change without notice. We recommend confirming current pricing with our team before finalising your project budget, particularly for larger orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t match what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible on (03) 9793 6288 or enquiries@alat.com.au so we can resolve it quickly. Please check your delivery on arrival where possible.

Made-to-Size and Custom Orders

Lattice panels, fence extensions and gates are manufactured to your specific measurements. Because these items are made specifically for your order, we’re generally unable to accept returns for change of mind on custom sizing. This doesn’t affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or not fit for purpose.

Standard Stock Returns
